Procedure
of Objections
In
case of registration applications or amendment applications, each member state
or third country has the right to object, within six months from the date of
publication in the Official Journal
of the European Union, according to the Annex III of the Reg. (EC) 1898/2006.
A
natural or legal person, having a legitimate interest established or resident in
a Member state other than that applying for a registration may also object to
the proposed registration by lodging a duly substantiated statement according to
the Annex III of the Reg. (EC) 1898/2006
In
the case of a natural or legal person established or resident in Member state,
such statement shall be lodged with the Member state within a time-limit
permitting an objection in the Commission of the E.U
Objections
of natural or legal persons established in

are submitted to the
